2/1/08: Today, SmartFLeX Technology, Inc. announces the registrration of its subsidiary SmartFLeX Technology Ltd. in Germany. SmartFLeX Technology Limited. is a wholly owned entity of SmartFLeX Technology, Inc. "The newly registered company will be headquartered in Germany and focuses on the development and marketing of Linux based Thin Client IT solutions. Products include company developed Thin Clients, Linux based Terminal Server solutions, and accompanying Data Server Solutions" says Hans L. Knobloch, President & CEO of SmartFLeX Technology, Inc. "Once I moved to United States in 1993 to help found and lead IGEL LLC in CA, which was later reorganized and then transformed into today's SmartFLeX Technology, Inc., I always knew that some day we will go back to Germany to service the hugely important EU market, especially Germany and the neighboring countries" Knobloch continues. "SmartFLeX Technology Limited is already in the process to create alliances with three German Companies to cement its leadership in the field of Server Centric Computing" Knobloch concludes. SmartFLeX Technology will also host a new sub business group named SmartFLeX Business and IT Architects. This group will help micro, small and mid-size businesses to establish a professional IT and Internet Marketing Infrastructure that incorporates as much as possible on open source technologies.

In addition to continue leading SmartFLeX Technology, Inc. as its President & CEO, Hans L. Knobloch will extend his leadership, taking on the President & CEO responsibilities of SmartFLeX Technology Limited in Germany.
